Located in Travessa de Alferes Malheiro, this project is born from the rehabilitation of a traditional Porto building, preserving its essence and transforming it into an elegant multifamily building with five housing units:

The intervention respects the original architecture, maintaining the construction system and spatial principles of the time, in a careful and non-intrusive approach. The design values the fusion between the past and the present, combining rehabilitated historical elements with contemporary solutions.
The five apartments stand out for the diversity of typologies, shapes and dimensions, exploring the height of the ceilings, the connection to the outside and the uniqueness of the roof, creating a unique living experience.
The building combines modern comfort with the charm of Porto's architecture, resulting in an exclusive and captivating space, ideal for both residence and tourist exploration.
